Description: This spacious sound front home is nicely situated in a private location, and a waterman's delight with unobstructed views of the Pamlico Sound from all levels. In addition, and just steps from the door, is convenient on-site water access (great for wading, crabbing, kiteboarding, windsurfing, kayaking and other portable watercraft), where these shallow sound waters offer adventure and fun for all ages.
The concrete drive and carport area provide parking and space to stow your gear. The entry just off the carport opens to the ground level hallway with a storage closet and stairs leading up to the second level, which has three bedrooms, a game room and laundry area. The king master is a sound facing bedroom with TV, a private bath (with Jacuzzi tub) and a slider door with direct access out to the covered deck. The two additional bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, and one with 2 bunk sets) share the hallway full bath. The game room has a TV, foosball table and access out to the covered deck, which is where the hot tub is located.
The top level has an open design, high ceilings and lots of windows that help maximize the natural light and spectacular views. This space includes the kitchen with a breakfast bar, adjoining dining and living areas with slider doors for easy access out to a sound front sundeck (with built-in benches and deck chairs). Off the living area is a king master suite with TV, walk-in closet, and a private bath with Jacuzzi tub. An alcove with a desk and a half bath complete this level.
Wireless Internet access via Silicon Travel (computer not provided, bring your laptop).

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).
