Description: This canal front, pet friendly (dogs only) cottage is located in Brigands Bay at the end of a cul-de-sac. You will enjoy spectacular sound views, amazing sunsets and more.
Inside you will find a cozy space with tasteful furnishings that will make you feel right at home. The first floor is the main living level with kitchen, counter space with 3 bar height chairs, adjacent dining and living areas. The living area has a flat panel TV, comfy sofa, and off to one side is a queen futon. In addition this level has a queen bedroom with a flat panel TV, and a double bedroom with flat panel TV, and slider door leading to the deck, a full bath and laundry.
Just outside the living area are both a covered deck and a sundeck (which has a patio table with seating for four). Great spaces where you can sip your morning coffee, relax and read your favorite book, enjoy dining, or simply gaze out upon the water.
The second level is one large master suite with vaulted ceilings, a king bed, large flat panel TV, and a private bath.
Wind down after a full day of fun at the beach or boating on the water in the hot tub located on the ground level. Then simply relax, marvel at the sunset, an ever-changing sky as the sun sinks into the horizon, making way for a starlit sky above. Salty Jack, no better place to begin and end your day.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).
