Description: This roomy home is the perfect oceanfront location for your escape to the beach. A concrete driveway provides under-house parking where you will have plenty of room to unload your gear, head to the beach and sink your toes in the sand.
Located in Hatteras Colony of Salvo, a great area for family walks, bike riding, skateboarding, and a short walk to the locally owned ice cream shop for a "Blizzard" style Hurricane as an afternoon treat. This community offers a chance to meet vacationing neighbors that you may get to see year after year, making friends and memories that will last forever.
The first level has a two full baths, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed, each with a TV. The second level has a dining area with ample seating, a fully equipped kitchen plus three director type chairs at the kitchen bar, and the living area where there are two comfy sofas to settle into while watching your favorite movie or show on TV. There is also a queen bedroom and a full bath on this level.
Just off the living area, great ocean views are presented from the upper level deck with plenty of seating. Take pleasure in a beautiful sunrise while you sip a cup of coffee waiting for each day to unfold with opportunities to make your own quiet time with a good book, or spending quality time with your family. Relaxation at its best!
