The laundry is located in an enclosed under-house room on the ground level and has a separate entrance. A rooftop observation sundeck has built in benches and offers panoramic views. The ocean beach access is an easy walk to the end of the street where a sand path leads over the dunes to the beach.
Area shopping, marinas, seafood markets, groceries and more are just around the corner.
