Description: Feel the refreshing ocean breezes from Sea Breeze Blue. With everything you need for a fun-filled vacation, this 4-bedroom home is one the whole family can agree on. Enjoy a smooth move-in with covered parking and a dry entry under the house. Your pet will appreciate the walkable neighborhood, and the whole family will enjoy the short walk or bike ride to a community beach access as well as a locally owned ice cream shop.
All bedrooms throughout the house have TVs so everyone can enjoy a little quiet time on their own. On the first floor, a twin bedroom with a trundle shares a full bathroom off the hall with a pyramid bunk bedroom. A PlayStation 2 and Nintendo 64, both with games, are a hit with kids and adults alike. A queen master bedroom is also on this level. Step out the door at the end of the hall to the shaded hot tub deck, where you can spend some time soaking your cares away.
The second level has a queen master suite, the perfect place to wake up and start each exciting day of your vacation. An open living, dining, and kitchen area has gathering room for everyone. Watch a family movie on the TV with DVD player, or snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace on cool spring and autumn nights. In warmer weather, sip a glass of sweet tea on the screened porch while listening to the waves in the distance. Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the sundeck.
The private pool with free pool heat is fun for everyone. Whether soaking up some sun on the pool deck or splashing in the refreshing water, you’re in for a good time. For lunch, cook up some burgers & hot dogs on the charcoal grill and chow down around the picnic table.
DVDs and books in the house will help you kick back and relax any way you please. Baby gate, booster seat, and playpen are provided to make sure baby has a great time as well. Guest storage on the ground level has yard games, beach gear, and 2 bikes for you to use. With all of this, who could ask for more? These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).
