With 3,800 square feet of living space, six oceanfront bedrooms with TV/DVDs, three levels of furnished decks, and easy beach access, Sea Star is the place to be.
The first level has a bedroom with two single beds and a full bath. The game room is "party central" featuring a 42-inch HDTV, a pool table and a game table for poker, bumper pool and other games. Convenient kitchenette has full-size refrigerator with icemaker. Walk out onto the private lower deck with a teak dining table and chairs and a 8-person hot tub overlooking the private, heated pool and gas grill.
The second level has two spacious king-bed masters, one with a Jacuzzi tub. A bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two sets of bunks share a hall bath. All four bedrooms open onto an oceanfront deck with a hammock, Adirondack chairs, and delightful ocean breezes. Laundry facilities are also on the second floor.
On the top level, watch the waves from the great room or relax with a 37" flat-screen HDTV (updated for 2012), DVD, stereo, and gas fireplace. New for 2012 are free long distance telephone service and an upgraded ESPN package in the cable line-up, so you never have to miss cheering on the home team!
The dining room and well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel French door refrigerator and breakfast bar also offer wonderful ocean views, while the window nook with card-table looks out to the sound. The kitchen has been updated for 2012, including the addition of a stainless steel gas stove. Third-floor king-bed master offers spacious seclusion with a view of the ocean. Top deck has another teak dining set, perfect for watching the sunrise with your morning coffee, plus more seating for lounging about. In the evening, take out the telescope and explore the night sky.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
