The first level has two king master suites with ocean views, a large game room with a ping pong table and foosball, a laundry area, a kitchenette with a bar and stools, a separate room with a 55" HDTV, Blu-ray home theater system (with in iPod dock) where you can play FREE Netflix or YouTube streaming in surround sound to enhance your movie experience! The game room opens to the pool deck.
On the second floor you will find one king master suite, a master with a pyramid bunk, and a master with two singles - each with a slider door opening to the ocean view deck. There is also a master pyramid bunk room with a slider door to the deck on the sound view side of the house and a queen master suite with a handicapped friendly bath featuring a convenient roll-in shower. A second laundry area is on this level as well.
On the third level is a comfortably furnished large, open living area with a 42" HDTV and Blu-ray home theater system with an iPod dock and FREE Netflix streaming, a gas fireplace plus two slider doors to access the wrap-around deck, and a convenient half bath. The large kitchen provides plenty of counter space as well as a bar with stools, the dining area with a bay window, plus another large king master suite with a slider door to the sound view side of the house. Fantastic ocean sunrises and sunset sound views provide a picturesque experience.
This home has ample parking in the driveway and is conveniently located adjacent to the community parking area, pedestrian beach access, and boardwalk to the community tennis court and soundside launch site for the watersports enthusiasts.
