Description: Seawind, a cozy oceanfront cottage, is just the place where you can relax and absorb the ocean views that seem to go on forever from all floors.
The ground level offers an under-house carport area for parking and space to store your gear, as well as an enclosed outside shower. The steps along the side of the house lead up to a covered entry that wraps around to this level’s oceanfront covered deck. Inside on this first level there are three bedrooms; the queen master bedroom (with a private bath) has a slider door that provides direct access out to the covered deck, which has a convenient stairway down to the back yard. The remaining two bedrooms on this level each have 2 queen beds. There is also a central laundry area and a full bath off the hallway.
The top level is the main living area with an open design and includes natural features of cedar walls and high ceilings with exposed beams. The kitchen and dining space open into the living area with two sliders that face the ocean and allow the oceanfront views to enter the space. For more spectacular views of the ocean step outside onto the sun deck that has Adirondack-style rockers, a picnic table and the hot tub. Also on this level is a half bath.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
