Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Description
Your stay begins with ease with covered parking and dry entry under the house. Hang out in the first floor game room with foosball table and TV with DVD player. A wet bar with full-size refrigerator will keep your poolside snacks and beach treats nice and cool. A full bath completes this level.
Three comfortable bedrooms are on the middle level. The queen en suite bedroom with TV looks out onto the covered oceanview deck where the bubbly hot tub awaits. A bedroom with two bunk sets shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with a second queen bedroom with TV, which also looks out onto the hot tub deck. The laundry area is conveniently located on this level, right next to the stairway.
Gather together in the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar and lovely ocean views. The partially covered deck is the perfect perch for watching a sunrise over the ocean or kicking back in the refreshing breeze. Curl up with a good book in the oceanview loft. Sleep tight in the king bedroom with TV and semi-private bath, which offers his and hers closets for ample storage space.
Hang out by the pool to work on your tan or cool off in the clear waters. The beach is an easy walk away right at the end of the street, so you can have your toes in the sand in no time at all. The Rodanthe Pier is a short drive away for fishing and sightseeing. Take a step back in time at the Chicamacomico Lifesaving Station, or enjoy the public playground and skate park, all an easy walk or bike ride away.
With so much fun close at hand, you are Shore ‘Nuff going to have an unforgettable vacation.
