Description: This canal front, pet friendly cottage is located in a pleasant neighborhood of Avon along a street with no thru traffic. The private boat dock will accommodate your watercraft (maximum 22 feet, with a 3 ft. draw) right outside the door. You can paddle your kayaks or motor your boat out the canal to the inshore waters of the Pamlico Sound in no time!
The front entry is up on the first level sun deck and opens into the main living area of the home. The interior space is tastefully decorated and has cedar walls all creating a cozy and homey atmosphere. Just off the kitchen (with breakfast bar), dining and living areas are two bedrooms. The queen bedroom has a private bath. The triple bunkroom is a master bedroom with its own private full bath.
The second level loft has a queen bed, access out to a sun deck (with built in seating) that overlooks the canal, a half bath, and small game room space with a foosball table.
The living area and each bedroom have a TV and DVD. For your added convenience also provided are board games, and baby items (pack-n-play, highchair, booster seat, 2 baby gates).
Wireless Internet access (computer not provided, bring your laptop).

Beds are made on check-in day. No sheets or towels are provided for Mini-Vacations. Sheets will be provided for top bunks, sofa beds, trundles and futons, but these beds will not be made.
