On one end of this room is a door out to a covered porch that stretches across the front of the house, while the dining area slider door provides access to the large sundeck off the back, (and overlooks the canal and the beautiful wetlands beyond). Also on this first level are two bedrooms and a full bath and laundry room.

The second level is a master suite with a king bed, private bath and adjacent den with a TV and double futon.

Along the back of the house at ground level there is a partially shaded and covered deck area. All these features combined help compliment the peaceful and naturalized setting across the canal.
