Description: Located along a paved street in a quiet neighborhood Turtle Daze is surrounded by cedars and mature vegetation, which lends itself to a feeling of privacy. The under house area provides a covered entry for ground level access inside.
Once flight of stairs up to the 1st floor that has a game room with sitting area, air hockey table, and card table. Also on this level is the bedroom with 2 bunk sets, and a full bath.
The second level has a queen master bedroom with a private bath, plus a bedroom with 2 single beds and a second queen bedroom that both share a full bath. The queen rooms open out to the east facing covered deck with a picturesque pond view.
The third level is the main living area with a kitchen that has ample counter space including a breakfast bar with seating for 4, a dining area with a large dining table, and the living area and a half bath. This space has two sliding doors that open to a sun deck with pond view and some ocean view in the distance. The spiral staircase leads to the loft area, which offers great sound views.
Additional amenities located within the ground level under-house area include a storage closet for guest use, a shaded hot tub, a large enclosed outside shower, and just outside is the private swimming pool.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).
