Pets Permitted
These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Community Pool
Midgett Realty cannot be held responsible for the opening and closing of subdivision and community pools.
Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.
Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Situated off the beaten path on 5 acres of scenic, undeveloped natural wetlands, Vision Aerie boasts 350 feet of private soundfront beach with ample space for rigging and launching your kiteboard, windsurfing gear, paddleboard, or kayak. With panoramic views from all levels and easy sound access, your whole family will enjoy waterfront living.

Hang out in the first-floor game room, where you can shoot some pool and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV. A mini fridge will keep your favorite beverages chilled to perfection so you can step right out the back door and toast a breathtaking sunset. A half bathroom completes this level.

Two queen en suite bedrooms with TVs, one opening onto the large soundfront deck, are on the second level. An additional queen bedroom and a bedroom with two bunk sets share a full bath off the hall. Relax with a favorite movie in the comfortable nook with TV and DVD player. Soak your cares away in the hot tub on the shaded soundfront deck, which features an easy-open cover to save you the work. Steps down to the soundfront provide quick water access any time. A second shaded deck off the front of the house overlooks the wild salt marsh, where herons and egrets fish.

Sleep tight in the upstairs king en suite bedroom with TV, which features direct access to the soundfront sundeck and a walk-in shower in the private bath. Indulge in awe-inspiring views as you spend quality time in the open living, dining, and kitchen area bathed in natural light from the ample windows. Start your morning right in the well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and window seat. Sundecks on both sides offer sweeping views of sound, marsh, and Kinnakeet Village. Take in the breeze over an island-style dinner on the sunset-view screened porch or curl up in front of the fireplace on cooler off-season evenings. A comfortable nook off the living and dining areas is the perfect spot to kick back with a good book. A half bathroom completes this level.

Stow your gear in the large, lockable guest storage area for easy access. Spend your days riding the breeze or paddling around the sound, or search for crabs and minnows in the calm, shallow waters.
