Settle down in the 17-seat theater, complete with 9-foot HiDef screen, and choose from over 175 movies, free Netflix, or bring your movies from home. A game room with a pool table, TV, and iPod docking station includes a wet bar with microwave, minifridge, and a 12-bottle wine cooler for keeping your poolside snacks and beverages cool. Adults and kids alike will enjoy the Wii and Xbox 360 with several games provided in the pyramid bunk bedroom. A full bathroom completes this first level.
Sleep in peace in the 4 bedrooms on the second level. 2 queen bedrooms with sliders to the shaded deck and a bedroom with 2 bunk sets share a full bathroom off the hall. A queen master bedroom is also on this level. All bedrooms throughout the house have TVs with DVD players.
Enjoy a luxurious soak in the Jacuzzi tub in the top floor master bedroom, which features an electric fireplace to add to that romantic ambience. An additional full bathroom is on this level as well. The open living, dining, and kitchen area boasts panoramic views of the ocean and dunes as well as free Netflix on the TV with DVD player.

A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
