Covered parking and a dry entry make move-in a breeze. Under the house you will find the outside shower and fish-cleaning table for cleanup after a fun day at the beach or out on the water. Shoot some hoops or have a family volleyball or shuffleboard game outside in the large yard. A paved picnic area with brick grill is great for serving up juicy seafood, steaks, or burgers anytime. Spend your days splashing in the private pool, fun for all ages!
3 bedrooms are on the first level of the home, up one flight of stairs from the under-house entry. 2 queen bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Both have sliders to the shaded soundview deck with built-in benches where you can chill out in the hot tub while watching the sunset. Another bedroom has 2 bunk sets. Enjoy a soothing soak in the Jacuzzi tub in the full bathroom off the hall. A den with TV is also on this level.
The second level has a queen master bedroom. The central living space has high ceilings and plenty of windows to let in natural light. The living area has a TV with DVD player. The dining area has plenty of seating for your whole family, or enjoy a more intimate dinner out on the enclosed porch. A freestanding icemaker in the kitchen is perfect for filling your cooler for a day at the beach.
Step out onto the sundeck to look for shooting stars by night. Up a flight of stairs is the loft with TV and DVD player, which boasts fantastic views from the ocean to the sound.
Be sure to pack your bikes, beach gear, and watersports equipment. Lockable storage is the perfect place to stow these items. You are right beside the community sound access, so you can spend a day on the water kayaking, windsurfing, or kiteboarding. Community beach access is right across the main road at the end of Corbina Drive East, where you can surf, play, or just get a nice tan.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Non Smoking
