Description: Wind Addiction is a great sound front location, and has spectacular water and sunset views over the Pamlico Sound that can be seen from all levels of this well maintained cottage. Water sport enthusiasts can be on the water within minutes with the easy water access just steps from the door to the backyard and water’s edge.
The ground level has under-house parking and a convenient entryway. Inside this level is a bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed. The first level has a central den area with TV and a door that provides access out to the sound facing covered deck and hot tub. There are also 2 bedrooms (one queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds), and a full bath off the den.
The second level is the main living area with an open design that includes the kitchen/dining and adjacent living area with high ceilings. The door opens to the sound front sun deck, which has deck furniture for relaxing and lounging. The bedroom on this level has a queen bed and a semi-private full bath that is also accessible from the living area.
A few more steps up from the living level is the top loft sleeping area that has 2 single beds.
Overall a great place for kite boarding, windsurfing, kayak adventures and more! In addition this cottage is pet friendly - dogs only (2 maximum). The ocean beach access is a short walk, and a nearby restaurant, plus much more are all just a quick drive away.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Mini-Vacations

Mini-Vacations may be booked on-line or by phone within 14 days of arrival during Off season, and within 6 days of arrival during Peak/Mid/In seasons. Mini-Vacations are for a minimum of three nights. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. No discounts apply. Fees are not prorated for Mini-Vacations. - Ocean View
