Favorite Local Restaurant: Breakwater and Dinky's

Favorite Recording Artist: I don't really have a favorite. I enjoy listening to all different types of music, from Rascal Flats to Diana Krall.

How I spend my free time: What's free time? When I have it, I love to spend it with my family and friends boating or at the beach. I also love walking on the beach, clamming, excercising and, of course, my dog.

Why Hatteras is a good investment: Hatteras Island is truly unique. This uniqueness allows the investor to capitalize on an ever-growing rental market as well as offering a high rate of return, with 70% of Hatteras Island being owned by the federal government. Hatteras Island is indeed a wise investment.
