Transfers

In the event you have to change your week after your Hatteras Island rentals reservation has been confirmed, a transfer fee in the amount of $100 (plus tax) will be charged. Transfers can only be made within the same home of your initial reservation, subject to owner approval. All transfers requests must be submitted in writing.
