Hatteras Properties Under Construction

New homes that are under construction and homes being remodeled can sometimes be delayed through no fault of the owner or agent. Agent/Owner obligations are limited to notification of guest, a full refund of monies received and a good faith effort by Agent to locate a replacement. Tenant waives all claims against Agent/Owner for non-completion of any property. Under no circumstances will Midgett Realty or the landlord provide any additional monies to facilitate a transfer required due to a construction delay.
