Hatteras Property Owner Information

View of Hatteras from Midgett Realty Property Deck

At Midgett Realty, we love your home just as much as you (and our guests) do! We know how many people think of Hatteras as their home away from home and we understand the importance of clear communication to all parties involved. We have a firm belief in operating with integrity and attention to detail, and that's why we provide owners with critical information regarding emergency noticesstorm updates, zoning details and safety procedures. Not working with us already? We'd love to speak with you about bringing your property to Midgett Realty!

Giving Tuesday on Hatteras Island

This year, Giving Tuesday will fall on December 1, 2020 and as the global landscape has been affected by the unprecedented impact of Covid-19, there are no doubt several ways to give. On Hatteras Island specifically, below are just a few of the island’s non-profits and charitable organizations that could undoubtedly use your help.

Amenities That Guests Crave in Hatteras Island Rentals

What a guest wants versus what a guest needs is often a blurred line when searching for the perfect vacation rental home. It may not necessarily be needed, but if it offers enough value to the vacation, the wanted amenity might win out in the end when booking a rental property. With that in mind, we have collected the top sought-after amenities to help our home owners maximize the return of their rental home.
