This home is located in Salvo’s South Beach community, and this home has easy access to the shared boardwalk that leads to the beach, where you’ll have miles of pristine shoreline to explore. Even better, the home comes with things like beach chairs available for use, and you’ll be only a short distance from the public sound access where you can launch kayaks. Add in outstanding amenities like a private heated pool, multiple levels of decks with gates, and magnificent views of the ocean, and this home has it all for a getaway to the Outer Banks!

The fourth bedroom on this level is great for those traveling with kids, as it offers a twin bunk bed, as well as a twin over full bunk bed. Another bedroom offers two twin bunk beds, and these two rooms share a convenient Jack-and-Jill style bathroom. But this amazing level is just the beginning!

Travel up to the next level, and here you’ll find an open concept space with a large living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area offers a bright teal sofa and sectional, along with a couple of chairs and a large flat-screen TV. Here you can unwind and watch your favorite channels, while the rest of the family hangs out in the dining or kitchen space, making it easy to spend time together in this generously sized space. A large dining table can seat ten, while another four-seater table by the window offers additional seating. The kitchen has a welcoming, farmhouse-style feel, with wood-paneled cabinets, a charming backsplash, and an island offering counter seating.
