Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Enjoy sweet dreams in any of the 5 bedrooms located on the first floor, each with their own TV. The two king bedrooms, one an en suite, the queen bedroom, and the bedroom with a queen and one single, all enjoy their own private entrance to the wrap-around shaded deck. For your convenience, you’ll also find two additional full baths on this level at either end of the hall.
You’ll never have a shortage of space to spread out on the second floor. Plan for plenty of fun in the top-level game room, complete with a 12' wet bar, a foosball table, an electronic dart board, and a multi-function card table. Gather around the wrap around wet bar with undercounter wine cooler and ice maker and catch the game on the wall mounted flat screen TV. Step out into the dual living areas where you can cozy up around the TV or enjoy the peaceful ocean views. An ocean-facing dining table and breakfast bar off of the updated kitchen will make mealtime a welcome breeze. Find freshly renovated cabinetry and well-thought-out storage solutions in this cook’s dream kitchen. With the main entrance also on this level, you’ll quickly find the private laundry room and additional half bath in the hallway nearby.
You’ll never get bored with the privately fenced in pool and hot tub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day over the dune on the freshly nourished beach. Located in the bustling village of Avon, you can get away while still having the island’s finest conveniences just a short drive away.
