Spend your vacation taking it easy at Avon on the Beach. This welcoming 3-bedroom home with ocean views sits at the end of a cul-de-sac near local dining, shopping, and plenty of fun activities to keep the whole crew satisfied.

A cozy eat-in kitchen is great for family meals, sharing stories of the day’s adventures over fresh-caught fish reeled in right off the beach. Chill out on the comfortable living room sofas beneath the vaulted wood ceiling while enjoying a favorite movie on the TV with DVD player. Step out onto the screened porch and spend some time in the sweet salt air. Overlooking the living room is the loft with TV and DVD player, the perfect spot to give kids a little space of their own.

A king bedroom off the hallway has a TV with DVD player and access onto the furnished sundeck with views toward the dunes. The king bedroom shares a full bathroom off the hallway with a bunk bedroom off the living area. A queen master bedroom with TV and DVD is also located off the living room.

Enjoy the easy walk to the beach via the community boardwalk right next to the house, which leads over the dunes to a sand path to the beach. Splash in the surf, build a sandcastle, or cast your line right from the beach in front of the house. After a day of fun in the sun, head back to the enclosed porch for a soak in the over-sized hot tub, with plenty of elbowroom for everyone to just relax.

How does one qualify for the loyalty discount and how to you apply the discount when booking online?
Answer: 
The discount is offered to previous Midgett Realty leaseholders. Once you book your reservation online, if the property is a participating home in the Loyalty Program (as this home is), a Reservation Sales Agent will confirm whether you are a previous leaseholder and will add the discount if eligible.

Do you allow for booking mini vacations? We’re looking for 9/15-9/19
Answer: 
This home does allow mini-vacations. Mini-vacations may be booked within 6 days of arrival from May 19, 2018 to August 31, 2018, or within 14 days of arrival before and after these dates. Mini-vacations are for a minimum of three nights, payment must be made in full at time of booking, no discounts apply, and fees are not prorated.

Question: 
I’m renting this property 6/9-6/23 and am wondering about the linen situation. I know that linens are NOT included-does that mean sheets/towels are needed and pillows/blankets are present or do all items need to be brought? Am also wondering if there is a washer/dryer in the unit? I didn’t see one listed, but wanted to confirm. Lastly, I will not be arriving until Sunday, 6/10. Will that present any problem? Thanks!!
Answer: 
Correct, sheets and towels are not provided, blankets and pillows are provided for each bed. Washers/dryers are standard amenities that are provided for each home unless otherwise stated in the description.
