Description

You’ll find peace of mind at this spacious Salvo home. Contentment has been designed with your vacation in mind, so it has everything you need for a fun-filled family getaway, including a dog run for your 4-legged family members, smart TVs for easy media streaming, and plenty of extras inside and out.

Enjoy some friendly competition in the first floor game room with pool table and Wii. A bonus room with queen bed and full bathroom on this level opens onto a small shaded deck. From the game room you have access to another covered deck where you can unwind in the hot tub any time.

Four bedrooms are on the middle level. A bedroom with two single beds and Nintendo 64 shares a Jack-and-Jill bedroom with a bedroom with a bunk set and a pyramid bunk. Both of these bedrooms open to a shared shaded deck. Across the hall, two king master bedrooms open to a second shaded deck with stairs to the hot tub area. The laundry area is conveniently located on this level as well.

The roomy, open floor plan of the top level provides plenty of space for the whole family to spend time together. The living area opens onto a sundeck with views of the sound, while the dining area with breakfast bar and adjacent kitchen opens onto an enclosed porch. A king master bedroom on this level features a private sundeck and a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. A half bathroom completes this level.

The adventure continues outside, where the private pool invites you to splash and play to your heart’s content. Golfers of all ages and skill levels will enjoy the 3-hole putting green, while watersports enthusiasts will appreciate the deeded sound access one street down for paddle-boarding and kite surfing. Beach access is within walking distance one street over, or you can hop in your 4-wheel-drive vehicle and head to the nearby beach driving ramp for a day of fishing, swimming, or just lounging in the sun. For days when you'd rather stay put and relax, a closet full of games and puzzles has something for everyone.
