Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Dolphin’s Point captures the vintage feel of summertime in Rodanthe Village. Your vacation fun will begin the moment you arrive and find yourself surrounded by warm sand with the ocean only steps away. Take your pick of which of the 3 decks you’ll choose to hang out on to catch a glimpse of dolphins at play, lounge in an Adirondack chair with a good book, or just take in the views and salty breeze from the top deck’s porch swing.
Reel in your catch of the day and then come together on the first level, where meals can be served on the picnic table outside, or around the dining room table with custom bench seating -- where you'll still enjoy the ocean views from many of the surrounding windows. The open floor plan integrates the kitchen, dining, and living area, so time with the family comes easy (especially with the 65” smart television recently installed).
Sleep tight in two bedrooms on this level, a queen with a fantastic ocean view and a bedroom with two bunk bed sets. A full bathroom is between these rooms off the hallway. All of the bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms -- a queen and a king that invite you to rest like royalty. Step from the king bedroom onto a shaded oceanfront deck, or walk up to the top-level sundeck for panoramic views that will take your breath away. A full bathroom with custom tiled shower is also on this level, along with a vacation library assortment of books and games to enjoy during your stay.
Spend your days on the beach building sandcastles, hunting for that perfect seashell, or splashing in the sea. Being so close to the surf, you can take a lunch break on your deck and be right back to the shoreline within minutes, to catch a few more rays of sunshine. Once you’ve had your fill of sun and sand for the day rejuvenate yourself in one of the outdoor showers on the first level deck, or soak in the hot tub while you watch the sunset color the horizon. The laundry area is accessible on this level, via a separate door off the deck with full-size washer and dryer.
