On the second level are 4 bedrooms where you will sleep in peace after an exciting day of vacation fun. A queen bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with shower stall with a king bedroom with a slider to the shaded soundview deck. A second queen bedroom opens onto the deck as well and shares a full bathroom off the hall with a bunk bedroom. Step out onto the spacious, breezy deck and soak in the bubbly hot tub while watching the sun sink into the water.
Gather together on the open and airy third floor, which includes the kitchen with breakfast bar, adjacent dining and living areas, and a full bathroom with shower stall. Two sliders open onto the spacious sundeck overlooking the sound, letting in plenty of natural light to brighten your day. Relax in the loft above the living area, where you will find a comfortable futon and ocean-to-sound views.
Watersports enthusiasts will love the private boardwalk to the sound with steps to the water’s edge,as well as the 2 kayaks provided for your use. Walk to the beach or the nearby Quarterdeck Restaurant, or hop in the car for a short ride to other local attractions, shopping, seafood, and more!

Note: Many homes in this area are in close proximity to the old Frisco Pier location. Over the winter of 2017-2018, the remaining portions of this local landmark were disassembled. Although portions of the pier may be shown in some deck/view photos of this or other nearby homes, the Frisco Pier is no longer in operation.
