Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Description
Four stylishly decorated bedrooms on the first level will help you relax in style. Two queen bedrooms, one an En Suite with TV, shower stall in the bathroom, and a private screened porch, have access to the covered deck with soothing hot tub and fantastic ocean views. A bedroom with two single beds also opens onto the deck. Down the hall, the bunk bedroom with TV also features a trundle bed and a futon for flexible sleeping arrangements. Make baby's stay enjoyable with the included portacrib, baby gate, high chair, and booster seat. A full bathroom off the hall and the laundry area are also on this level.
Upstairs, a spacious king bedroom with TV has views up the beach and over a scenic wetland behind the home. Beautiful bamboo floors and tasteful décor in the open living, dining, and kitchen area make it a perfect place for you and your family to gather and relax. Curl up in front of the fireplace on cool off-season evenings or step onto the oceanview sundeck to soak up some sun. Off the kitchen is the sunroom, a pleasing paradise to retreat with a good book and enjoy ocean-to-sound views. A full bathroom with shower stall completes this level.
You’ll have it made in the shade on the picnic deck under the house, complete with half bathroom for easy access and quick trips from the beach. Spend your days with your toes in the sand at the beach right at the end of the shared driveway. Cast your line off the nearby Rodanthe Fishing Pier, and take advantage of the complementary pier pass included in your stay.
With great local shopping and dining options nearby, as well as watersports and beach equipment rentals, you can’t go wrong with a stay in Love Shack on the Beach.
Note: The Beulah O’Neal Rd access to this home may be complicated at times following heavy rains, and low-profile vehicles may have difficulty getting to the house.
