Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Welcome to Oh Say Can You Sea, an American classic with a beachy twist.
Enter on the first floor and immediately dive into your carefree vacation in the game room complete with a card table, foosball table, vintage-style arcade game and plenty of comfort seating to catch the game around the TV. An adjacent kitchenette outfitted with a full-sized refrigerator, commercial ice maker and microwave is essential for game-time snacks. Hosting the first of 6 bedrooms, a king en suite offers a Roku Smart TV and step-in shower, while an additional full bath on the floor has a tub/shower combo. A nearby laundry room is perfect drop-off spot for sandy beach clothes before heading upstairs.
Up on the second living level you will find 4 more lovingly themed bedrooms. Two king rooms feature Roku Smart TVs and access to their own private shaded oceanside balconies. Across the hall, kids will love the room with 2 pyramid bunk sets and Roku Smart TV. A queen room features a beautiful wood sleigh bed with matching bedroom set and a Roku Smart TV. Two full baths, central to the floor, conveniently service all bedrooms.
Your vacation dreams will come alive on the third floor, a decadent oasis that boasts an open kitchen, dining and living space. The large custom kitchen features rich wood cabinetry with stone tops and stainless appliances, a dream for the cook in the family. You’ll have your choice of dining spaces in the well-furnished dining area or the screened-in porch with al fresco seating, both of which offer access to an open sundeck. While the living room offers plenty of seating options for catching up or gathering around for a good flick, your favorite spot in the house will be the oceanside sundeck, a great place to work on your tan or do some nighttime star gazing.
Outside amenities will provide hours of endless entertainment as you float around in the private pool, sip cocktails at the poolside bar, or relax in the bubbly hot tub. Just a short walk to the beach, you’ll never have to go too far for a day of unlimited excitement as you splash around in the waves, try your hand at fishing, shelling and beyond! Walk or bike through the quiet neighborhood or adventure out for the variety of family attractions nearby.
