Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Enter the home on the first level with a cozy open design that includes an ornate stairway, living, dining with bar height table and chairs, adjacent well-equipped kitchen with gas range cook top and breakfast bar seating. Off the kitchen is a laundry room. Down the hall are two bedrooms each with a queen platform bed (with under-frame storage drawers), TV and a custom walk-in closet. Both bedrooms share the hallway full bath with tiled shower. Relax and take in the breeze on either large covered deck furnished with comfortable chairs and patio table w/chairs set.

Upstairs, the third bedroom with queen platform bed (with under-frame storage drawers), TV and a custom walk-in closet, has spectacular views and a private walkout sundeck. Off the hall is a custom full bath with vintage clawfoot tub with rim shower enclosure, faucet and shower head.

Just a short walk to the beach and close to off-road beach access, this home is nearby shops, restaurants, the ferry to Ocracoke and more!
