The ground level of this home offers an under-house carport area for parking and space to store your gear. There is also an enclosed outside shower, fish cleaning table and charcoal grill.

Steps lead up to the first level entry deck, which wraps around to the back covered deck space. This first level is where all four bedrooms are located. Two queen bedrooms, each with Smart TV and access to the covered deck, share a Jack-and-Jill bath with shower stall. A bedroom with two bunk sets and a bedroom with two single beds share a full bathroom off the hall. The laundry area is also on this level.

The top level has an open design that includes the kitchen with breakfast bar seating, dual dining areas, and the living area with Smart TV and provides  enough space for the whole family to gather. A half bath is at the top of the stairs. Step out onto the sundeck with ocean and distant sound views, the perfect place to relax in the ocean breeze.. 

The community beach access is just a short walk to the end of the street where a short sand path leads to a wooden boardwalk with stairs over the dunes to the beach.
