Description

Hang ten in this comfortable oceanfront home in Frisco. Easy steps from the beach, your whole family, including the pets, will fall in love with Surf Inn.

Enter the home on the first floor, which is where all three bedrooms are located; one queen and the bunk bedroom both have wonderful ocean views to start your day off right. A second queen bedroom with TV is also on this level. Two full bathrooms, one with a shower stall, and the laundry area are located off the hall.

Upstairs is the large open living, dining, and kitchen area with half bathroom. Two sliders lead out onto the spacious sundeck, which boasts ocean to sound views and a bubbly hot tub to soak your cares away.

When you’re ready for some sand between your toes, take the easy walk to the beach via the sand path access at the old Frisco Pier site. Enjoy lunch in the shaded picnic area under the house and head back out for more adventures.

You’ll return again and again to Surf Inn!

FAQs

Submit a Question
Question:
Can you please tell me the distance between the house and beach in feet or yards? We are thinking of bringing my mom that has knee issues and we are concerned about her walking to far
Answer:
I don't have a way to determine the distance in feet/yards, but if the walk is too much, you could always drive next door to the pier, which is just a walk over a dune in most places, but it is flattened on the south end for emergency vehicles to access the beach if needed and you can walk over there as well. You could also utilize the bath house turnout on the south end of Frisco, less than a half mile from this home, which has a new concrete ramp that goes all the way from the parking lot to the beach. For a better view of the path from this home to the beach, click on the satellite option in the upper left corner of the map at the bottom of the page.
