Is there enough room under the house to park a car?

There is not any room to park under the house. The drive way can fit 2-3 cars easily.

I’m just wondering if there is a boardwalk to the beach near this house? We have stayed in Avon before and know how hard that dune is to cross. Thanks

Yes, it looks like there is a boardwalk at the end of the road. If you look at the satellite view on the map, you'll get a better view.
