The first floor has one bedroom with a 22 inch LCD TV, DVD player and a triple bunk set. The game room comes complete with a pool table, full-size refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, 42 inch plasma TV/DVD and a stereo. The adjacent alcove has a 46 inch LCD TV, Wii gaming console, a sleep sofa and screen porch access. Exit the screen porch to the shaded deck overlooking the pool area. The deck comes complete with its own powder room! The 14x28 foot heated pool has a tiki bar with lights, cooling fan and electricity. The screened porch, pool area and tiki bar all have outside speakers.
The second floor has three king master bedrooms and a fourth king bedroom with shared full bath. The shared bath has 3-foot door openings. One of the master bedrooms has a 26 inch plasma TV with DVD player, the other three bedrooms each have a 22 inch LCD TV with DVD player. The laundry, den with 42 inch plasma TV and shaded ocean view deck complete this level.
The third level kitchen faces the sound and sunsets. The dining area features a cozy built-in booth along with the traditional table and direct access to a covered deck with outside speakers. The spacious living area, built-in computer work area and powder room separate the fifth king master suite with 26 inch plasma TV and DVD player from the crowd.

A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
