These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
The covered front entry porch opens into the ground level den with TV, sleep sofa, and a table perfect for board games and puzzles. The adjacent game room has an air hockey table and wet bar with full-size refrigerator. Also on this level is a bedroom with 2 bunk sets that opens onto a semi-private bath also accessible from the den. The back door opens to a back deck with outside shower and access to the private in-ground pool with loungers and picnic table. Just outside the pool area is the custom grill area with fish cleaning table and shell-washing station.
The second level has 3 bedrooms, each with TV. Two queen rooms, one an en suite with private bath, each offer direct access out to the covered deck with the hot tub and views of the sound and ocean. There is also a room with 2 single beds, a hallway full bath and the laundry area on this level.
The top-level main living area has an open design with vaulted ceiling. The well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and adjacent dining area provides plenty of seating for the whole family. The relaxing living room features a Netflix-enabled smart TV and DVD player for your viewing pleasure. Ample space for everyone to gather together makes this the perfect place for family time. Step out onto the shaded covered porch or the sun deck to shoot the breeze in the balmy salt air. Also on this level are a half bath and a king en suite bedroom with a TV and private bath.
Area amenities include restaurants, shopping, marinas and tackle shops, seafood markets, watersports equipment rentals, and more. Enjoy fishing, surfing, kayaking, and sunning at one of America's greatest beaches.
