Description: MARLIN DAZE requests the honor of your presence at the crowned jewel in the fleet of ocean liners in upscale Summer Place subdivision, Hatteras. You'll find vacationing in this gem to be relaxation at its finest. Lounge by the private heated pool while the sound of the ocean's tides soothe your soul. The bubbly hot tub is just steps away.
Venture into the first level of the home and you will find a game room with pool table, TV, DVD, sleep sofa, wet bar and access to a full bath that also adjoins bedroom one (king bed) with TV. The second level offers three master suites (each with a king bed and TV), oceanfront den with TV, laundry area and bedroom number five with two sets of pyramid bunks, TV and access to a hall bath.
The expansive third floor offers a great room, kitchen, dining and living area with gas fireplace, 42" plasma TV, home theater system with surround sound, DVD player and free premium movie channels. Granite countertops provide plenty of space for your chef in the gourmet-equipped kitchen. Also on this level are the half bath and a master suite with king bed, TV, private bath with a tiled shower and a large whirlpool tub.
The final journey will take you to the loft, which offers panoramic views, and a sleep sofa.
The elevator serves all levels from the ground floor, excluding the loft. All will enjoy furnished decks on every level whether watching the sunrise on another great day of vacation or the sun setting after a full day of activity. Wireless Internet access (computer not provided, bring your laptop) allows for extra ease in vacationing.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).
