Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Handicap Accessible
Some of our Hatteras properties include elevators, wheelchair ramps, and bedrooms / living spaces on the main level to help make those with special needs more comfortable.

Sheets Provided: Beds not made, No towels
Sheets will be left on the beds for you. No towels are provided. Upgrades to the linen package can be made after booking via phone or through our app.

Boat Dock
We offer homes with both shallow water and deep water docks. We can also arrange dockage in a local marina. Please call our reservation department at 1-800-527-2903 to find the best fit for your boat.

Covered entry under the house makes move-in a breeze. This convenient space features a full-size refrigerator, laundry area, and ample storage for all your fishing gear and beach toys.
Enjoy stunning water views from the central living area, which features a Smart TV and cable service, and a cozy gas fireplace for cooler off-season evenings. Kick back in the refreshing breeze on the large shaded deck, where you can soak in the hot tub while enjoying spectacular sunsets. Whip up something tasty in the kitchen with gas stove and breakfast bar, and enjoy family feasts in the formal dining room with deck access. A spacious queen en suite bedroom is off the dining room with Smart TV and cable service. A second queen bedroom with Smart TV, with deck access opens onto a semi-private bath with shower stall .
Upstairs are two soundview bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. Each of these bedrooms have a Smart TV. A full bathroom with shower stall is also on this level.
Spend your days on the water, exploring the Pamlico Sound by boat or kayak. The private shallow-draft boat dock features a lighted fish-cleaning sink and steps directly down to the water for easy sound access to launch your kite boarding or windsurfing gear.
