The first floor features a high-tech media/video room with a 50-inch plasma TV, a game room with pool table, wet bar, kitchenette, 42-inch plasma TV and a full bath.
The second floor includes a children's suite with bunkroom and den, a queen bedroom that shares the hall bath, and a king master suite with private bath. Relax on the enclosed porch, enjoy the breeze on the back deck with ocean and marsh views, or unwind in the bubbly hot tub with sunset sound views.
The top floor offers a king master suite with a private bath and access to sundeck with views of the ocean and Austin's Creek. Whip up an appetizer in the chef's kitchen with gas cook top, premier appliances and accessories, spacious island, wet bar, and granite counters. The open dining room and living room boast a cozy gas fireplace, entertainment center with 50-inch plasma TV, surround sound BluRay system with integrated sound system for the entire home, outside deck and screened porch. A private office is adjacent to the living area.
Stroll along the scenic community boardwalk to the beach, marina, shops, restaurants, and sound access. Close to Ocracoke/Hatteras Ferry and 4X4 beach ramp access to Hatteras Inlet.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).
