The living area has gas fireplace and access to the ocean facing sun deck. The kitchen is well equipped and has an island with breakfast bar and seating for 4. The adjacent dining table offers additional seating for 12. Convenient access off the dining area to the ocean facing covered porch with picnic table and ocean views. Cook outside on the park-style charcoal grill and use convenient outside stairway access to all floors.
The mid level has a queen master bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with 2 bunk sets, full bathroom off the hallway and laundry.
The ground level has 2 queen master bedrooms; and recreation room has foosball table and Internet access. Also provided is a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, and futon as an extra sleeping option.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
