Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Sheets will be left on the beds for you. No towels are provided. Upgrades to the linen package can be made after booking via phone or through our app.

Description
A covered ground level under-house entry takes you inside where stairs lead up to the second level. Here there is a central den with ample seating and TV for watching your favorite movie or sporting event. The slider door opens to the oceanside covered deck with hot tub. The queen en suite bedroom also opens onto the covered deck. An additional queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 singles and a daybed with trundle share the hallway full bath. All four bedrooms have TVs.
The top level has an open design, high ceilings, and ample windows to let in the natural light. The kitchen with breakfast bar is well equipped and has plenty of cabinet and counter space. The adjacent dining area has a slider out to the covered porch where a patio table offers a cozy outside dining option. The living area has an electric fireplace and access to the sun deck with built-in seating and an ocean view. Off the living area is a half bath. The king en suite on this level features a spacious vanity sink and custom tiled shower in the private bath.
Take a short walk to the end of the street where a sand path leads to the sandy beach. This home is conveniently situated where shopping, restaurants, fresh seafood markets, water sport activities, the ferry, and marinas are all entertainment options just around the corner.
