Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Description
A den with TV and futon on the first floor features a wet bar, as well as access to the shaded oceanview deck. On one side of the den, a queen bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a bedroom with two singles. On the other side, a bedroom with two bunk sets and a second queen bedroom share a full bathroom off the den. All bedrooms throughout the house have TVs, so everyone can enjoy some quiet time. The laundry area is also on this level.
Take in fantastic ocean views from the open living, dining, and kitchen area upstairs complete with breakfast bar and freestanding icemaker. Step from the kitchen into the covered porch for a picnic in the shade or a soak in the bubbly hot tub. The king en suite bedroom boasts ocean views and access to the partially shaded oceanfront deck, as well as an extra shower stall in the private bath. A half bathroom is also on this level.
For the outdoors-lover, two levels of wraparound decks offering both shade and sun are the ideal vantage point to take in the sights and sounds of oceanfront living. Enjoy quick and easy beach access for fishing, surfing, or building sandcastles. Your stay also includes free use of the community pool with waterfall, which also features a clubhouse, play area for the kids, and an estuarine walkway through serene marshland.
Book a charter trip out of the nearby marina, explore the shops and dining in Hatteras Village, or take a day trip to Ocracoke on the free ferry just moments from your front door.
