Unheated private pools are available from April 19 to October 12, 2024 unless otherwise noted in the property description.

Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) can be available from March 22 to October 26, 2024 for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat; check cottage description for dates that heat will be available. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Find all of the exciting vacation experiences and plenty of room to share them with your entire family, including your pups, when you visit Legasea in Waves!
Unexpected showers won’t keep move-in day from going off without a hitch thanks to the dry entry that delivers you directly into the first level game room with pool table and TV. Located just off the pool area, a sizeable wet bar with full-sized fridge and dishwasher is big enough to store game time treats and poolside snacks. A half bath and three of seven bedrooms are also on this level: a room with one bunk set, a room with two bunk sets, and a king en suite. All bedrooms throughout provide their own TV for easy relaxation.
Three more bedrooms rest comfortably on the second floor: a king room and two king en suites with entry to the wraparound shaded deck. A full bath, laundry room, and spacious den with TV are all centrally located for everyone’s convenience.
The final bedroom, a king en suite, is ideally situated on the top floor. Boasting a luxurious jacuzzi tub, shower, and double bowl vanity, you’ll also enjoy the direct access to the wraparound sundeck with ocean views. Family time will flourish in the open kitchen, dining, and living area with half bath where cathedral ceilings, plenty of natural light, and views of the coast set the tone for time well spent with loved ones. The screened porch and wraparound ocean-facing sundeck provide even more space to squeeze in some quality time while taking full advantage of the island’s salty breeze and sunshine.
Nothing says “vacation” quite like a private pool! Enjoy hours of splash time with optional pool heat or lounge poolside to soak up the sun and get some much-needed R&R. Located only one lot back from the ocean, your walk to the beach is just minutes away from your front door. Your pups will love stretching their legs on leisurely walks through the peaceful neighborhood. When you’re ready to adventure around the island, watersports opportunities, shopping, and eateries are well within reach as well.
