You’ll feel right at home in this pet-friendly retreat. Nicks boasts oceanfront decks with some of the best views in Frisco.
All four bedrooms are on the first level. A queen en suite bedroom with TV opens onto the shaded oceanfront deck with easy access to the ground for morning walks on the beach. An additional queen bedroom with TV and a bedroom with two single beds open onto the deck as well. A bedroom with two bunk sets opens onto a semi-private bath. The laundry area is also on this level.
Upstairs is the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar and three sliders onto the partially shaded oceanfront deck. Discover your new favorite movie from the DVD collection or watch the sunset from the sundeck on the other side of the house. A half bathroom is also on this level.
Head up to the loft with queen futon, two single beds, and private sundeck, the perfect vantage point for spectacular ocean views or stargazing by night. The loft also has views of the sound.
Easy beach access behind the home means you can have your toes in the sand in just minutes, and a lockable storage area will keep your beach and fishing gear close at hand. Surf, swim, or just work on your tan. Head back inside for lunch or to grab a book off the shelf and be back by the waves without missing a beat. Sound access is a short drive away for kayaking or paddle boarding. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and other fun activities are close at hand as well.
