The large ground floor game room has a pool table, 65 inch TV, surround sound system and DVD library. A convenient kitchenette boasts a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, icemaker, and all the amenities to entertain in the game room or poolside. This floor's master suite and children's bunkroom are spacious and appointed with the conveniences of home.
The first level of the house has four master suites, plus an oceanfront den with sleeper sofa and private bathroom. The top floor has a master suite with a ceramic roman shower and Jacuzzi tub.
The great room boasts panoramic windows with breathtaking views. The whole family can be together to play board games, relax or have a delicious meal in this expansive living and dining area. Complete with comfy couches, television, surround sound system and DVD library, this room will surely please. Kitchen duty is easy with an oversized refrigerator/freezer, double wall ovens, two dishwashers, icemaker and convenient breakfast bar. Granite countertops and plenty of equipment will make even a novice chef feel gourmet.
The loft/office area is just the place for sunrise and sunset views or to get away with a good book. Each bedroom has its own TV, but we bet you'll spend more time out on one of the decks gazing at the ocean and feeling its calming breeze.
There are laundry areas on the ground and first floors for your convenience. Leave the heavy lifting to us and use the elevator to carry your laundry, luggage, groceries or yourself to the main floors of the house. Create wonderful memories together and enjoy the peaceful ocean sounds at Ocean Sounds. Wireless Internet access (computer not provided, bring your laptop).

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
