Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Description
Enter on the first level, where all three bedrooms are located. The queen en suite bedroom with TV and a bedroom with two single beds open onto a shaded deck with ground access and stairs to the sundeck above. A pyramid bunk bedroom shares a full bathroom off the hall with the single bedroom. The laundry area is also conveniently located on this level.
Upstairs is the open living, dining, and kitchen area with beautiful horizon ocean views throughout. Dual dining areas and a breakfast bar provide ample space for family feasts. Step out onto the partially shaded oceanview deck and enjoy a soothing soak in the hot tub. A half bathroom is on this level as well.
Retreat to the loft for a nap on the queen bed or to catch your favorite movie on the TV. Stunning sunrises await from the oceanside sundeck overlooking the ocean and the path through the dunes to the beach.
The community beach access is less than 50 feet from the house, so you can have your toes in the sand in no time at all. Grab your fishing poles and boogie boards from the lockable storage area and get ready for fun in the sun. A quick stroll or bike ride will take you to local shopping and dining, and the free ferry to Ocracoke is right around the corner for a day trip the whole family will relish. Hop on a charter from one of the nearby marinas to experience world-class fishing and make memories that will last a lifetime.
