These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Four quiet bedrooms are tucked on the first and second living levels for an easy night’s rest. On the first level, a double room and queen room are serviced by a full bathroom. The second level king room and queen room also share a full bath with the floor. Each bedroom provides their own TV for optimal relaxation. A laundry room is centrally located for everyone’s convenience.
The top level’s open floorplan is perfect for gathering with cozy spaces that will bring everyone together. Boasting a serene coastal color scheme, the white cabinetry and stone tops in the kitchen are the ideal place for the family chef to whip up their favorite culinary creation, easily enjoyed at the adjacent dining table that seats eight. At the end of the day, everyone will be thrilled to kick up their feet in the comfort of the living room or the salty breeze of the sundeck to relive the day’s happiest moments.
Take the short walk to the end of the street for adventurous days by the sea. With the Old Richmond, one of the Graveyard of the Atlantic’s many claimed vessels, standing watch from the ocean, beach days are equal parts history, scenery, and excitement. ORV enthusiasts can also enjoy nearby access points to the beach and soundfront just outside of the village. After full days in the sun, enjoy thoughtful outdoor amenities including an enclosed outside shower, bubbly hot tub, charcoal grill, and sizeable patio.
