Description: This home is located in beautiful Hatteras By The Sea with professionally maintained grounds, easy access to the community pool just across the street, and a private wooden walkway that leads to the ocean beach. The expansive, furnished wrap-around decks on both levels provide plenty of space to enjoy the outside (in comfort with both sun and shaded areas), and a view of the ocean from sunrise until the day is done (and no home in front to block the view).
The concrete drive extends under the house for parking and space to store your gear, plus a convenient outside shower. The front steps lead up to the first level of this home’s covered entry porch (with a porch swing). Inside this level is where all four bedrooms are located. The queen master has a private bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The remaining bedrooms consist of 1 queen room with a door that opens out onto the covered deck, a room with 2 single beds (also with direct access out to the deck), and the bunkroom (with 2 bunk sets). The bunkroom also has a door that opens to a full bath (this bath is also accessible by a door that opens from the hallway). The laundry area is located at the end of the hall on this level.
The top main living level has a spacious open design with high ceilings and oak hardwood floors. The ocean-facing wall has multiple windows and patio door combinations to let in the natural light and provide ease of access out to all three sides of the sundeck. The adjoining kitchen has ample granite counter space, including an island with a breakfast bar, and the adjacent dining area has plenty of room to move around when the entire family gets together.
All conveniently located near area restaurants, seafood markets, marinas, shopping and favorite fishing spots. Additional amenities include Super Nintendo and games.
