Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) can be available from March 22 to October 26, 2024 for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat; check cottage description for dates that heat will be available. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

An elevator is available for heavy loads and grocery runs and a high chair and pack-n-play crib are supplied so you can travel as light as possible.
Rest easy after long days in the sun in your choice of the seven cozy bedrooms. All are en suites except for the ground-level bedroom boasting a pyramid bunk with trundle. The other bedrooms include three king en suites, two queen en suites, and a queen en suite with one single. All bedrooms throughout provide their own TV for added convenience.
Located in the heart of Avon Village, you’re just a quick walk or bike ride from some of the island’s most exquisite eateries, but should you want to try your hand at preparing coastal cuisine with some of the freshest ingredients our waters have to offer, the chef’s kitchen, boasting custom cabinetry with natural maple shaker doors and granite countertops, is at your disposal. Housing dual dishwashers, an additional prep sink, a sprawling island with step-up bar, and plenty of counterspace, the ambitious family chef will have all of the tools they need to make mouthwatering creations for everyone to enjoy at the nearby dining table with wall-to-wall windows and phenomenal views. Full bellies will be happy to prop up their feet in the nearby living room to relax and reminisce about their adventures exploring Hatteras Island. If you need to sneak away to check in at work, a lofted office area is just around the corner.
From the pool deck to the top-level sundeck, there are plenty of views and lounging opportunities for some much-needed R&R in the sun or shade. The private pool is a cool retreat from the hot summer sun and the bubbly hot tub is the ultimate relaxation station. Glorious days at the beach are just a quick walk from the front door of this oceanside property, and when you’re done playing in the waves, an outdoor shower is at home waiting for you to conveniently wash off sandy suits.
