Description: This wonderful family-friendly oceanfront home offers a great location, spacious floor plan with tasteful decor, and ocean views from top three floors. Expansive, furnished decks on all four levels. Two loft areas on either end of the home each have sun decks with spectacular panoramic views. A covered entry with ramp allows safe and easy access for everyone.
The ground level foyer provides elevator access to three levels, and is also where you will find a half bath, large laundry center with 2 washers, 2 dryers, and utility sink, a game room with foosball table and TV, and an adjacent kitchenette including refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. In addition there is a rear entry with access to a screened porch with built in snack bar, which leads out to the covered deck area with 2 enclosed outside showers, and convenient to the ground level cooking deck with two charcoal grills and two propane grills.
Back inside, and up to the second level is where you will find all six bedrooms. Four of these are oceanfront (2 king masters; 1 is barrier-free with a private bath and roll-in A.D.A. compliant shower), and each of the ocean facing bedrooms has direct access to the covered oceanfront hot tub deck.
The third floor is the main living level which was specifically designed for large family get-togethers. The well-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, separate icemaker, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 2 cook tops plus a convection oven. The breakfast bar (seats 4) transitions the space to the dining area with 2 tables that provide seating for 16. The adjacent great room has comfy leather sofas, vaulted ceilings, and a huge 56-inch TV. The sunroom and den with a game table (and third refrigerator) are located off the living area with spiral stairs leading up to the south end loft. This loft has a queen sleep sofa, desk, TV, DVD, and stereo. Or, from the dining area take the steps up one more level to the north end loft (with queen sleeper sofa) that overlooks the great room. Each loft has a private oceanfront sundeck.
Also provided are books, DVDs, and children's toys and games, and 2 high chairs. Easy beach access via the community walkway. Wireless Internet access and PC via Silicon Travel.

Gold Linens - Peak/In/Mid Seasons properties provide sheets during the Peak/In/Mid seasons for all beds and towels (set includes 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth & 1 hand towel) for the maximum occupancy of the home. Beds are made on check-in day. No sheets or towels are provided for Mini-Vacations. Sheets will be provided for top bunks, sofa beds, trundles and futons, but these beds will not be made.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).
