What Our Guests Are Saying
-
What hours can I contact your team regarding my Canalfront Hatteras rental?
At Midgett Realty, our standard operating hours are 8:30 am until 5:30 pm seven days a week. If you’re booking a stay in the summertime, you’ll find some of our staff members are available to speak later until 6:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
-
Does my Canalfront rental come with bikes included to use during my stay?
Most of our rental properties don’t have bikes readily available for guests to use. We recommend renting a bike for the duration of your stay at local companies like Slash Creek Outfitters, Island Cycles and Beach Gear Rentals Avon, or South Beach E-Bikes too.
-
Where can I apply for a special use permit to use an ATV on the sand near my rental?
You have options to obtain the permit online or visit in person at offices located at the Ocracoke Visitor Center, the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse Visitor Center, or Coquina Beach.
