Will my rental have dishes and utensils included?
Yes. At Midgett Realty, we aim to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. Rentals with kitchens come with plenty of dinnerware, utensils, and glassware to accommodate the maximum guest allowance. You’ll also have plenty of pots and pans to use upon arrival.

Does my property have parking?
Each of our property options has a unique parking setup to accommodate the home and lot. That said, many of our rentals enjoy at least one designated parking space per bedroom in the home. Many homes max out at five parking spaces and some have fewer depending on the size of the property. If you have questions about specific parking arrangements at a property you’re interested in, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.

When is check-in time?
All of our rentals are available for check-in at 6:00 pm. In the event your property is available earlier, we’ll send a text message to let you know!

Are the local beaches manned by lifeguards?
Some Hatteras Island beaches are manned by lifeguards seasonally, but typically they are unguarded. This makes it important to keep water safety a top priority during your stay when you’re looking forward to spending time on the waves.
